Born in Hamburg in 1969. Law studies in Hamburg and Geneva. First state examination in law at the University of Hamburg. Legal clerkship (Referendariat) in Hamburg, Brussels und Paris. Post graduate studies in New Orleans (LL.M. degree). Second state examination in law in 1997. Doctorate in the field of arbitration law at the Max-Planck-Institute for international private law in Hamburg in 2001.

Professional career:

Admission as solicitor, 1997. Worked as a solicitor specializing in commercial, sports and labour law at Gessner Rechtsanwälte. Since 2002 “specialist solicitor in labour law”. Since 2016 she has been solicitor with A|L|P Rechtsanwälte.

Arbitrator at the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and the DIS (German Institution of arbitration), the Vienna Moot Court and the German court of arbitration for sports law).

Assistant professor at the Institut Universitaire de Metz and the University of technology and commerce. Publishing in the law review for public labour law (öAT).
